BIOGRAPHY:

Adrian Colón graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater (specialization - Acting).  He has worked many years professionally as an actor in Los Angeles and Louisiana. He also worked for the Actors Co-op at the Crossley Theater and the Southern California Theater Association with James Doolittle.

Adrian returned to his hometown of New Orleans to pursue a graduate degree from the University of New Orleans’ prestigious Film Department. He also performed in the following film and television productions.

Adrian has worked in numerous different departments of film production (as well as pre and post). He was also hired as an Assistant Director on several commercials and music videos and spent seven years working as an Assistant Editor (freelance as well as at several major Hollywood studios).

Adrian graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Masters of Fine Arts in Film Production (specialization in Directing).  He was a member of the Alpha Theta Epsilon Honor Society.

Several of his writing projects are in various stages of development.

Adrian is a member of the famous Coronet Writers Lab in Los Angeles, CA. He was the Creative Executive and Head of Development for Isis Films in New Orleans, LA. Adrian was also a Hurricane Katrina survivor. His residence and office were decimated by the floods.

After the storm, Adrian returned to Los Angeles where he has been working as an actor, writer and filmmaker. CARABELA PRODUCTIONS is the name of the film production company he formed upon his arrival back to California.
